What Happens After You Reach Out

We keep the process simple and straightforward from first contact through project close-out. Here's what to expect after you submit a request or call us.

We Review Your Request

Every inquiry is reviewed personally — no auto-replies or AI chatbots. If you submitted a form, expect a response within one business day. If you called during business hours, we'll speak with you directly or return your call the same day.

We Schedule a Site Visit

For most projects, we schedule a free on-site consultation to assess the scope in person. Some smaller inquiries can be quoted remotely with photos, but we prefer to see the work firsthand before putting a number on it.

You Receive a Written Estimate

After the site visit, we prepare a detailed written estimate outlining the full scope of work, materials to be used, timeline, and total cost. No verbal ballparks or vague line items.

No Pressure to Commit

The estimate is yours to review at your own pace. We don't follow up aggressively or apply pressure. If you have questions about the proposal, we're happy to walk through it. If you decide not to move forward, no hard feelings.

How We Use Your Contact Information

When you submit a contact or estimate request form, the information you provide — including your name, phone number, email address, and project details — is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to manage your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern). Requests submitted after 5:00 PM on Friday or during weekends will receive a response on the next business day. For urgent matters, please call us directly.

Estimate Requests

Submitting an estimate request form does not create a contractual obligation on either party. It is a request for information only. No work will begin and no contract will exist until both parties have reviewed and signed a written proposal.

Form Processing

Our estimate request form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form submission service. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to us by email. Formspree's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Unsolicited Communications

JNS Construction Services LLC does not engage in unsolicited cold calling, spam emailing, or aggressive sales follow-up. If you have contacted us and do not wish to receive further communication, reply to any email with "unsubscribe" or call us to be removed from follow-up outreach.

Accuracy of Information

Please provide accurate contact information when submitting a request. Incorrect phone numbers or email addresses will delay our ability to respond. We are not responsible for failed communications resulting from inaccurate information you provide.

Service Area Inquiries

If you are unsure whether we serve your area, contact us with your address. We will confirm availability honestly. If we cannot serve your project, we will tell you rather than waste your time through a site visit we cannot convert.
