Submitting an estimate request form does not constitute a binding contract and does not obligate JNS Construction Services LLC to perform any work or provide any service. An estimate request is an inquiry only. Any binding agreement for construction services requires a written, signed contract executed by an authorized representative of JNS Construction Services LLC. Written project proposals are provided at no cost and define the full scope, materials, timeline, and pricing.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site includes links to and embeds from third-party services including Google Maps and Google Reviews. JNS Construction Services LLC does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
